A key for you, and only youمفتاح لك، ولك وحدك

Every coach's data is encrypted with a key derived for that coach alone. Two coaches on the same server cannot read one another's records, even in principle.تُعمّى بيانات كل مدرب بمفتاح مشتق له وحده. ولا يستطيع مدربان على الخادم نفسه قراءة سجلات بعضهما، ولو من حيث المبدأ.

Names and words are sealed, not just the passwordالأسماء والكلمات مختومة، لا كلمة السر فقط

Client names, contact details, the emergency contact, and the words of every session are encrypted in the database — not stored as plain text with a lock on the door.أسماء العملاء وبيانات الاتصال وجهة الطوارئ وكلمات كل جلسة — كلها معمّاة في قاعدة البيانات، لا مخزَّنة نصًا صريحًا خلف باب مقفل.

Transcend cannot read your notesترانسيند لا تستطيع قراءة ملاحظاتك

This is the point of the whole design. Transcend can see that you held a session; Transcend cannot see what was said in it.هذا هو مقصد التصميم كله. تستطيع ترانسيند أن ترى أنك عقدت جلسة؛ ولا تستطيع أن ترى ما قيل فيها.

Backed up nightly, still encryptedنسخ ليلي، ولا تزال معمّاة

Every night, encrypted, off the server. The master key is deliberately kept out of the backup, so a stolen backup is a pile of noise.كل ليلة، معمّاة، خارج الخادم. ويُستبعد المفتاح الرئيس من النسخة عمدًا، فتصير النسخة المسروقة ضجيجًا بلا معنى.

Consent is asked, and recordedالموافقة تُطلب، وتُسجَّل

They understand the notes are yoursيفهم أن الملاحظات لك

The coaching agreement, recorded on the file.اتفاق التدريب، مسجَّل في الملف.

They agree their history may travelيوافق على انتقال تاريخه
